What is included in the subscription?

What is the typical response time for a support inquiry?

When you report a support question to us, we do our best to investigate the issue. The time it takes to resolve it can vary depending on the case, but in general, it can be a matter of minutes

Are there several nutrition programs?

Yes, of course, depending on your gender, your weight and your goal, and also depending on your food culture.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to email you within two to three days of your purchase to arrange for your order to be processed. Please be aware that during peak periods, orders may take longer to process.

How will my subscription be delivered?
  • We typically process orders manually for security reasons, so please be patient after making the payment.
  • Your subscription details will be sent to the email address you provided in the payment form.
 
Why haven't I received my videos ?

We will provide the subscription immediately once you have completed the order payment. Please contact us via email or chat with our online staff.

Does my subscription take effect immediately after I make the payment?

Your subscription begins the moment you receive the activation email. For example, if Haley subscribes for three months at 11:55 PM on February 17 and receives her videos and nutrition programs at 12:10 AM on February 18, her subscription will be available for the next three months, starting at 12:10 AM on February 18.

How many videos will I receive?

10 hours per month, for example if you choose the 3 month plan you will receive 10 hours per month, i.e. 30 hours in total
